These Terms of Use apply to all Gordianlock Ltd websites and stores including:
breakinbox.com • unsolo.com • store.gordianlock.com • international.gordianlock.com
and any sub-domains or future domains we operate.

1. Acceptance

By browsing or purchasing from any of the above sites or using Unsolo games, you accept these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All game concepts, puzzles, mechanics, graphics, text and software are the exclusive intellectual property of Gordianlock Ltd and protected by copyright, trade-secret and unfair competition laws in Israel and worldwide. Any reproduction, reverse-engineering or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

3. Recording & Broadcasting

Recording (audio, video or screen capture) of Unsolo sessions or any Breakinbox content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Gordianlock Ltd.

4. Purchases

Digital products – all sales final
Physical kits – 14-day return under Israeli Consumer Protection Law
EU consumers: For digital products, you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the game link is sent or the game session starts (Article 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive).

5. Unsolo Group Games

Voice communication is peer-to-peer; Gordianlock does not monitor or record
The purchasing group is fully responsible for all language and conduct
Commercial/team-building use is permitted only with the purchased license

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Haifa District Court, Israel.
